Whetstone Square, a £44M (GDV) has been launched to the market

Whetstone Square, a £44M (GDV) development by Yellow Brick Estates has been launched to the market with 40% of homes already sold. Whetstone Square comprises 46 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and 10 four-bedroom townhouses. Due to pre-launch success of the development, just 30 properties remain available to purchase.

Prices at the Whetstone Square start from £565,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, £750,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, £975,000 for a three-bedroom apartment and £1,340,000 for a four-bedroom townhouse. Yellow Brick Estates are currently offering deals and incentives on the remaining apartments and townhouses including furniture packages and stamp duty discounts.

Whetstone Square is located centrally on Whetstone’s High Road. The success of the scheme thus far is owed to Whetstone’s micro market. Sold prices in Whetstone have increased by 16% in the past year (Rightmove) with several residents upsizing and downsizing within the area.
