Shoeaholics the Kurt Geiger subsidiary opens the UK’s largest shoe shop

Shoeaholics’ latest store opening at Westfield London in White City is the brand’s flagship outlet store and at 25,000 square feet, it is the UK’s largest shoe shop.

The flagship store has over 20,000 pairs of shoes in store from all categories and spans the UK’s most diverse collection of shoe brands at the best value prices, with a mix of high-end designer and high street brands.

The store has been created to cater to the UK’s insatiable demand for shoes.

Shoeaholics.com has over 150 shoe brands on its website and with more than 6,000 shoes to choose from, it has become the UK’s most popular online destination for shoes.

Mark Hoyal-Mitchell, Head of Shoeaholics, says:
“Shoeaholics has seen a huge increase in demand throughout the pandemic with individual consumer spend in many cases three times the norm. I am delighted to have opened our flagship store at Westfield London, it’s the biggest shoe store in the UK and we expect to see consumer demand to continue to increase, especially as we come out of lockdown.

“We have made a conscious effort to build on the momentum from the last year and have done this by opening 7 stores since last year during a time when other retailers are leaving the high street. This is a confident move that reflects both the UK’s continued love for shoes and consumer focus on value in these uncertain economic times.

“There is a gap in the market for a one-stop shop for shoes from over 150 great brands, especially with the future of department stores at risk. We want to bring our expertise to the high street and provide a space where our customers can find their perfect shoe at the lowest price available.”

Shoeaholics was established in 2014 by Kurt Geiger as an online pureplay, with its core focus being great value proposition. It has since evolved to become the UK’s number one online destination and has opened 7 stores for multi-branded shoes and accessories with over £25 million in sales last year.
