Miss Kiddy and the Cads – The Box Office Band Are Back With Blockbuster New Video ‘Place your hands’

The UK’s hottest vintage band Miss Kiddy and the Cads are back with a brand-new single – a vintage spin on the popular Reef classic Place Your Hands. It is accompanied by a jaw-dropping video that will make you unapologetically want to push your hands up in the air and jump around to its jazzy beats.

The sextet launched their debut album Vintage Dirtbag in March 2020 at London’s Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club. Their first original single Lockdown Shufflewas released in November 2020 which was played on BBC Radio London and streamed across the globe.

During the British lockdown, the six-piece created and ran their own Saturday night Kitchen Disco series over six weeks via social media livestreams and raised over £3000 pounds for NHS Charities.

Well known on the jazz, festival and cabaret scene, the spectacular Miss Kiddy and the Cads are famed for putting their vintage spin on contemporary pop songs from artists such as Beyonce and Bowie and have appeared on ITV’s Loose Women and This Morning. With show-stopping vocals, authentic costumes, a stunning tap dancer and full 1940s decadence, the band really are a unique musical extravaganza.

Creator Abi Gilchrist (Miss Kiddy) says: ‘We are eagerly looking forward to being able to perform in front of a live audience again and watch our fans enjoy our music. We have put our heart and soul into the new video to get everyone excited. And we love the results.
