London beauty retailer Circla has extended its range and delivery zones

London refillable beauty retailer Circla has extended its’ ethically made products range and delivery zones.

Circla sells a curated selection of beauty and home staples and luxury items from independent brands, including skincare, shampoos, conditioners and body lotions in glass and aluminium bottles. Once enjoyed to the last drop, the end user notifies Circla that a refill is needed, leaving the empties on their doorstep to be refilled, much like the milkman. Previously, deliveries were conducted in Zones 1 and 2 but this area has now been extended to cover all of West London and South West London. Delivery intervals can also be tailored to suit, ranging from weekly right up to every three months for a top up.

There is a large selection of products available on the site, including highly regarded circular beauty brand UpCircle, natural skincare from Malāko and vegan-friendly shower essentials from Bramley.

Don’t know where to start on your sustainable journey? Ease into ethical living with Circla and build your own sample box from their range of brands and products. Just pick six samples (10ml) from three categories (hair, face & body) and enjoy exploring your new sustainable routine.

For every bottle returned, Circla awards points which are redeemable on your next order. All it asks is for you to keep your pumps and just leave your empty bottles in the replenishment bag provided with your first order.

The refill service is delivered by bicycle or electric vehicle to avoid pollution where possible – with founder Claudia Gwinnutt rising at 5am each day to do most of the rounds herself.

She said: “Circla is all about transforming your routine into a ritual that celebrates you. Over the last few months, we’ve seen Circla’s popularity increase, so in line with this we have upped our suppliers and extended our London delivery zones to include all of West and South West London.

“Quality of products is also very important to us, so we only work with brands who meet our high ethical standards and are as good for the planet as they are for your skin.”

As well as everyday essentials, there is also a range of ‘Thinking of You’ self-care boxes available (£14.99) containing Circla’s favourite pampering items that would make a perfect present. These are available nationwide and would make a great gift. The self-care boxes are not available for the refill service.

For those looking to stock up on a few essentials, Circla now has bundle options, including bathroom beauty essentials, starting from £34.99 for the Fancy Guest Bathroom Bundle.

Accessories are available for purchase on the site too, including reusable make up pads and loofahs for the bath.

Prices at Circla start at £2.99. There is a delivery charge of £3.99 delivery fee per order which Circla is working very hard to remove. The more people sign up, the quicker they can remove this
