Hannah Lloyd, Senior Channel Manager with Inbay, an international provider of high-quality NOC and Service Desk support to managed service providers (MSPs), has been elected as a member of the CompTIA UK Channel Community (UKCC) Executive Council, starting in 2018.

Her appointment further strengthens Inbay’s ties with CompTIA, the world’s largest IT trade association and a leading voice in the industry. Inbay Managing Director Kristian Wright will be stepping down as Executive Chair of the Council in 2018 at the end of a two-year tenure, although he will remain as Chair Emeritus.

Hannah will work to ensure the UK Channel Community meets its core objectives. Among other responsibilities, she will have a say in how CompTIA certification exams such as comptia 220-1001 are moderated. She knows the community well. She works closely with Inbay’s MSP partners in the UK and internationally, and has learned at first hand the challenges many faces when trying to grow profitably in a changing industry.
