With its stunning open-air terrace, innovative menu and extensive events programme celebrating the best local and international music, art, comedy, film, and theatre, Number 90 has become something of a Hackney institution. This summer sees the opening of the venue’s brand new open-air space ‘The Yard’, where you can catch an epic selection of al fresco DJ sessions every Friday to Sunday, courtesy of resident DJs from Phonica, Ransom Note, Soho Radio, Netil Radio and Rhythm Sister, along with a guest set from Soho Radio’s Jay Carder. Offering up disco, house, funk, soul and everything in between, it’s the perfect place to catch your favourite DJs as you soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail or two.

The Queen’s Yard Summer Party takes over Number 90, along with La Terraza and Studio 9294, on 7th August and there’s new live jazz / funk and soul every other Sunday, starting on Sunday 1st August with Mackwood & Friends, followed by Tom’s Funk & Soul Sessions on the 15th. From there the parties come thick and fast and it all leads up to the big one for the August bank holiday weekend, kicking off with Bodyhammer on Friday 27th August, featuring Scott Fraser B2B Joe Hart all night long until 4am, followed by Phonica DJs in the yard and some very special surprise guests on the night of Saturday 28th. Sunday’s all day session with Global Roots brings musical treats from Thristian, Global Roots Music Cinema and OST Live w/ Jay Phelps and topping off the weekend on Monday 30th August (presented by LWE) is global party starter Hot Since 82, who’ll be keeping the party vibes flowing for a 12 hour party from noon to midnight starting on the terrace and featuring Knee Deep in Sound crew Ben Rau, Ceri, 2FoxLondon and Jhonsson.

Each and every occasion will be accompanied by a mouth watering food selection, curated by new chef Moudjitaba Diallo, including burgers, wings, street food, salads, an extensive selection of vegetarian and vegan options, and plenty more to keep you well fuelled, including Number 90’s innovative cocktail list and strong range of craft beer. Don’t forget to take advantage of 2-4-1 Burgers every Thursday, and 2-4-1 Cocktails every Friday!

To top it all off, healthy hedonists can also enjoy balearic-inspired yoga sessions on top of the canal boat on La Terraza every Saturday morning, courtesy of Good Life Yoga, the perfect way to start the day and take in the amazing views of the canal.
