Boodles British Gin is celebrating this festive season with the launch of a truly delicious new culinary treat: the Boodles Mulberry Delight. Partnering with London-based artisan bakery Lily Vanilli, Boodles has transformed its famous mulberry gin tipple into a sweet and delicate dessert.

The dairy-free treat is a showcase for the unique Boodles Gin botanicals of nutmeg, rosemary and juniper, alongside juicy British mulberries and raspberries. The Boodles Mulberry spiced glaze complements the raspberry and gin-coulis filling. The cake is finished with gold mulberries and a sprig of rosemary.

The decadent dessert is best enjoyed with a Boodles Royale, which combines 30ml of Boodles Mulberry Gin and 90ml of champagne or prosecco and is served in a champagne flute for the ultimate festive cocktail.
